Lead the Planning & Scheduling (P/S) effort for a large Engineering project in the Downstream Hydrocarbons Industry.
Manage the successful delivery of Project P/S objectives through engagement and interaction with project team members
Facilitates and coordinates with Client project personnel to assure development and control of P/S systems and processes
Participates in the development of the project Planning & Scheduling strategy as part of the Project Controls and Project Execution plans
Contributes to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in an EPC project planning & scheduling function with experience and understanding of Planning & Scheduling requirements for Downstream projects
Previous experience with client in a lead planner/scheduler position is preferred
Full project life cycle planning & scheduling experience (FEL-2, FEL-3, EPC) is required
History of effective implementation of work processes on projects for planning & scheduling, control, and reporting
Excellent people skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Experienced and competent in Primavera’s P6 CPM system as well as application of earned value measurement.
