Job Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to providing world-class support to government customer, project manager is responsible for:
Overseeing and mentoring of all customer teammates assigned to his or her project. Responsibilities include, providing annual goals and objectives for the Team members and counseling and mentoring to ensure they meet or exceed the established goals. Reviewing and approving timecards, ensuring assigned personnel meet suspense’s, and understand and comply with associated Company polices, within prescribed timelines.
Supporting Company efforts to grow and expand work share within the National Capital Region. This includes identifying early-on candidate growth opportunities and supporting writing and costing requirements related to proposal development.
Ensuring his or her own mandatory training requirements are completed within the prescribed Company established timelines as well as all personnel within his or her own Project Team.
Provide company leadership candid advice on a myriad of personnel, business development, and training topics.
Preference is someone with 10+ years’ experience with the Company who is a strong communicator (written and verbally). Individual must be committed to customer safety initiatives and policies, possessing the courage to care where appropriate.
