Rodolfo Lavaque

President and CEO

Few people have the ability to contribute to a team’s overall productivity like Rodolfo. Working with him, I saw how he could handle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing and delivering results that few others could match.

As company Founder and President, Mr. Lavaque provides company leadership and is an expert Industrial Engineer. He has 20 years of end to end project/program management experience, augmented with knowledge gained working for companies like Booz Allen Hamilton, SGT and CEB.

  • 10 years of planning/scheduling, cost estimation and systems engineering at NASA.

  • An instructor for NASA (project management professional and planning/ scheduling).

  • 15 years of experience implementing integrated enterprise project management solutions.

  • Practiced at helping clients to address multiple complex issues in order to achieve successful results.

Mr. Lavaque earned an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and received his Change Management Advanced Practitioners (CMAP) certificate from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Dr. Jon Greg Hanson

Strategic Advisor

As company Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dr. J. Greg Hanson works as Strategic Chief for Business Development and Operations. Visionary operational leader. Over thirty-five years’ professional experience leading at highest corporate levels, federal government, and international organizations applying all facets of business, information technology, computer science, and software engineering.

International authority in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, and Computer Sciences. Winner of international awards in leadership, information technology, engineering, and business including two Fed 100 Awards – one for Industry Leadership and one for Executive Government Leadership.

Angel Otero

Director, Aerospace Services Programs

Mr. Otero was born in San Juan and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He holds a Cum Laude Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. He holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo in Ohio.

He worked as a civil servant for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for 35 years. He started his career with NASA at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) as an Engineer installing and testing payloads flying on the Space Shuttle. He then moved to the Lewis Research Center (now Glenn Research Center - GRS), where among other duties, he managed the NASA Combustion Research Program and oversaw the Shuttle Return to Flight work.

In 2008, Mr. Otero moved to Washington, DC to serve as Program Executive for the acquisition of four new TDRSS satellites. After that, he served as the Program Control Manager for the Space Communications Network Services Division, where he was responsible to manage the 650$M annual budget. In 2012 he moved to the Space and Life Sciences Research and Applications Division (SLPSRA) at HQ as Program Executive before been selected as the Deputy Division Director for SLPSRA. In that position he was responsible for overseeing the selection of research and project implementation for space biology and physical sciences experiments mainly targeted for flight on the International Space Station (ISS).

After his retirement from NASA in 2018 he went to work for NATECH Corp. providing project management support to the National Air and Space Museum (NASM) Transformation Program.

After two years at NASM Mr. Otero return to NASA as a contractor for Technology Project Managers (TPM) serving as the Deputy Study Manager for the LISA project. He also serves as TPM’s Director of Aerospace Services.
