TPM’s Enterprise Business Transformation Model (EBTM) blends the best practices and methods of TPM’s core competencies – Program/Project Management, System Engineering, System Development and Integration (SD&I), and Enterprise Business Transformation (EBT), sometimes referred to as Digital Transformation.  These are the solutions and services TPM has been successfully delivering to Federal Agency clients for almost twenty years.

Applying the EBTM begins with a Core Transformational Objective – typically a large-scale enterprise strategic initiative.  Some example Core Transformation Objectives include:

 OUR APPROACH

Once a Core Transformation Objective is identified, TPM’s subject matter experts (SME) work directly with our client applying components of the EBTM to help achieve the objective.

During the process, we apply methods from each of our core competencies to: Help the client comply with Federal Regulations and Mandates (Frameworks, CONOPS, New Governance Model, Creating a Program Management Office (PMO)); Realize efficiency and effectiveness gains (Analyzed and Engineered New Business Models); and Make operations more cost-effective (Program/Project Management, DevOps implementation). 

All these activities are accomplished using TPM’s Project Management and Risk Management Methodologies, building security and quality into the processes and new capabilities from the beginning.
